What Options May Be Available?

Prepare Your Taxes with $0 Upfront

You may be able to have your tax preparation fees paid directly from your refund instead of paying out of pocket. This option is called a Refund Transfer and is not a loan.

Tax Refund Advance Loan (Up to $7,500)

If you’re expecting a tax refund, you may qualify for a Refund Advance Loan that allows you to access part of your refund sooner.

Loan amounts are based on eligibility and your expected refund
Advance loans range from $250 up to $7,500
Smaller advances ($250, $500, or $1,000) may be available at 0% APR
Larger advances may be available for qualified applicants
This is a loan, not your actual tax refund

Approval, loan amounts, and terms are subject to eligibility and underwriting guidelines.

How You Can Receive Your Funds

If approved, refunds and advance funds may be delivered through:

Direct deposit to your bank account
Paper check
Prepaid debit card option, which may allow faster access to funds

Important Timing Information

The IRS will begin accepting tax returns on January 26.
